PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio transmission system of digital information capable of alleviating a quality deterioration of a transmission signal due to an AC coupling in a modulator input signal of a transmitter, by using signs of a DC balance for a preamble period of the transmission signal, to provide the transmitter and a receiver used for the system. SOLUTION: The radio transmission system of the digital information transmits a radio frequency to be modulated obtained by modulating a radio frequency signal by a transmission base band signal obtained by frame combining a base band digital modulation signal modulated by the digital information and a spectrum spread signal. The spectrum spread signal has self-correlation characteristics becoming zero for a prescribed period before or after a correlation peak of phase zero and signs of DC balance.
