PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application developing method and an application development environmental system to provide a user with developing environment of software for charge-free on a Web and to enable the user to easily develop application of small electronic equipment and a personal computer on the development environment. SOLUTION: The application environment development environmental system is constituted so that the user downloads the software for a terminal necessary in software development for charge-free from the Web by providing a communication part 1 to perform communication with a terminal 5 as software development environment 8 on the Web, a simulator 2 to perform debug, a cross- compiler to generate an execution code or an interpreter 3 to successively execute a source code and a storage part 4 to store the source code created by the used and a group of libraries and providing the terminal 5 to access the Web and to execute terminal software, the small electronic equipment 6 and a personal computer 7 to execute the software after completion of the debug and purchase of the execution code as environment on the user side. |
