摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical microphone/sensor that can improve the sensitivity of an optical microphone and reduce the effect of radio frequency interference(RFI). SOLUTION: The optical microphone/sensor includes 1st and 2nd optical guides 6, 14, and 1st optical guide 6 has an input terminal that is coupled with light and an output terminal that transmits light to a membrane 10, the 2nd optical guide 14 has an input terminal that receives light reflected on the membrane 10 and an output terminal that is coupled with a photodetector, and the output terminals and the input terminals respectively have upper and side faces and placed along the faces close to each other and adjacent to each other apart optically. In order to utilize the maximum optical energy transmitted through the optical guides from the light source, reflected in the membrane 10, and received by the photodetector, at least one of the upper and side faces is configured such that it is extended along one plane or more different from a plane including the axis of transmission of the optical energy emitted from the light source and received by the photodetector.</p>
