PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reduction of the processing speed of a data processing means (CPU). SOLUTION: This data processor is provided with auxiliary storage parts 5, 7, a data processing part 4 for prescribed data processing, a main storage part 3 for temporarily storing data to be processed, a system bus 14 being a path for transferring the data to be processed from a part 4, a compression encoding part 6 for generating compressed data and an expansion decoding part 8 for generating non-compressed data, and controls plural switching parts 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 to connect the parts 5, 7 and the part 6 or the part 8 to read compressed data and/or non-compressed data from the parts 5 and 7 to transfer it directly to the part 6 or the part 8. |
