PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical insulating resin composition having high heat conductivity, excellent hydrolyzing resistance and lower odor to satisfy required performances in recent years. SOLUTION: This electrical insulating resin composition contains (A) a resin obtained by a reaction of unsaturated epoxy ester, which is obtained by a reaction of polyepoxyde withα,β-unsaturated monobasic acid, with monoglycidyl ester of fatty acid expressed by the following general formula (R1, R2 and R3 are each alkyl groups), (B) 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, (C) diallyl phtharate, (D) an inorganic filling agent and (E) titanate group coupling agent.
