PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for deconcentrating the load of concentrated access from multiple clients on a server computer connected to a communication network. SOLUTION: Ports for transmission and reception are opened by clients accessing the server computer and memories for transmission and reception are allocated to the opened ports for transmission and reception; when access ends, the opened port for transmission and reception is closed and the allocated memory for transmission and reception is released and made reusable.
