PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment with a network control part whose structure is simplified by realizing circuit constitution in which constitutive elements necessary for a confirming and detecting means for detecting various line signals and an accounting signal removing circuit can be made common. SOLUTION: This communication equipment is provided with a magnetic flux generation detector 32 having a magnetic flux generating coil 32a connected serially to a line L and a magnetic sensor 32b for detecting a magnetic flux to be generated by the magnetic flux generating coil and a capacitor 38 connected in parallel to the magnetic flux generating coil for constituting an accounting signal removing filter with the magnetic flux generating coil. Thus, it is possible to confirm the line state or to detect various line signals en block by the magnetic flux generator 32, and to share the magnetic flux generating coil 32a of the magnetic flux generation detector as the coil of the charging signal removing filter constituted of the coil and the capacitor.
