PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide terminal equipment capable of preventing a user from failing to know an incoming call to the terminal equipment even when the user forgot releasing a transfer mode. SOLUTION: The terminal equipment 1 is provided with a user information channel processing part 12, a control channel processing part 11, a transfer destination number storage part 9, a control part 6 for executing incoming call transfer processing, a terminal calling part 13 capable of transmitting a calling signal to a terminal 5 connected in subordination to the terminal equipment 1, and a mode storage part 9 for storing whether the terminal equipment 1 is set in a transfer mode or a non-transfer mode. When the terminal equipment 1 is set in the transfer mode, and the control channel processing part 11 receives a calling signal through the control channel of a line 2, the control part 6 executes the incoming call transfer processing, and simultaneously controls the terminal calling part 13 to transmit the calling signal to the terminal 5 connected in subordination to the terminal equipment 1.
