PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to install application corresponding to a connected controller whenever a new controller is connected. SOLUTION: In the controller with which plural pieces of control equipment can be connected, an equipment judging part 3 to judge kinds of the connected control equipment, an application judging part 6 to receive an equipment judgment result of the control equipment judging part 3 and to judge application to be installed and an application installer 7 to install the application specified by the application judging part 6 are provided.
