PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory writing method capable of shortening writing time when data are written in a memory such as a flash ROM. SOLUTION: The memory writing method is provided with a first process to set first communication means 12, 14, 26 with slow data transfer rate as states that data transfer is enabled, a second process to transfer a program to start second communication means 22, 28 with data transfer rate faster than that of the first communication means to a memory device 18 by the first communication means after setting the state and a third process to operate the second communication means by a program stored in the memory device and to write data for write in a writing object memory 20.
