The dietetic dessert milk drink comprises low-lactose cow's milk of different oil content, powder cocoa, vanilla and stabilizer. It is offered in pasteurized form in different weight packages. The drink has low lactic sugar content, which is hydrolyzed to mono sugars, and is a wanted product for children and adults or in case of acquired lactose intolerance for patients with coeliac disease and with diabetes. It has pleasant sweet taste, with aroma and flavour of cocoa, with reduced caloric content in comparison with a product having the same taste based on ordinary sugar. The drink contains 0.5 % residual lactic sugar, up to 11 mg % free amino acids, mono sugars - glucose to 2 % and galactose up to 2 %. 1 claim
