PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify a mailing list system with a knowledge shared system, to accumulate mails sent to a mailing list in the knowledge shared system, and to effectively make the most of the knowledge of various categories. SOLUTION: Mails received in a mailing list are accumulated in a mail accumulation database 107. The mail similar to the received mail is retrieved from the mail accumulation database 107, and the retrieved mail information is returned to an originator of the received mail. Further, information on the received mail is delivered to the originator of the retrieved mail information.
