PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site reservation system deciding a meeting site, after all the participating members have cased ballots from terminals and reflecting the desires of conference participants. SOLUTION: This site reservation system is provided with a means for registering temporary reservation information including a plurality of candidate sites, a reservation date, electronic mail addresses of a manager and members, and a ballot deadline on a site reservation server 30 from a manager terminal 10, a means requesting the ballots of candidate sites by electronic mail, to the members included in the temporary reservation information from the site reservation server 30, a means gaining access to the site reservation server 30 to cast ballots of desired sites from member terminals 20, a means enabling the site reservation server 30 to judge a ballot completion, detect a ballot result, and reserve a site getting the highest ballot number, and a means allowing the site reservation server 30 to inform the ballot result and reservation result to the manager and members by electronic mail. |
