PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental support method for renting a vehicle to a customer at a low cost by relieving troublesome time and labor taken between the customer and a rental business company, and improving efficiency of conveying service, following the delivery and receiving of the rented vehicle of the rental business company. SOLUTION: The customer reads detailed information on a vehicle catalog and vehicles rented from a home page of a rental business company 1 (#1), and if there is a vehicle coinciding with the customer's wish, receiving processing is started (#2). Whether the vehicle is in store is retrieved by a computer terminal (#3). In the case it is in store, order receiving conditions are presented to the customer (#4), and if ordered, a bill is issued to the customer and delivered to the customer. Preparations are made for conveying the rented vehicle 6 (#5, #6, #7, #8). The rented vehicle is conveyed and transferred from the use place of the customer near a specified delivery place, on the basis of the present inventory information of the vehicle. |
