PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce system which simplifies the purchase processing of the contents by merely fitting an information storage medium to a terminal for writing contents. SOLUTION: This electronic commerce system comprises an inherent information extraction processing section 4 for extracting the inherent information of the information storage medium 1, a utilization information determining section 5 for determining the propriety of the writing of contents and accounting with reference to the utilization information registered in a utilization information database(DB) 15 for each inherent information, a utilization information generating section 7 for generating utilization information, a contents data accumulating section 10 for accumulating the contents, a communication network 14 connected to the utilization information DB 15 via a connection processing section 8, and the utilization information DB 15. |
