PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of a vehicle when traveling on a wet road, a snowy road, a frozen road, or the like. SOLUTION: This auxiliary driving gear 1 is provided with a first generator 2 mounted on a front-and-rear wheels driven vehicle 100, the front wheels 104a, 104b of which are driven by an engine 101 and the rear wheels 105a, 105b of which are driven by a motor 4, and driven by the engine 101 to generate electric power; an inverter 3 that outputs the electric power generated by the first generator 2 to the motor 4 by power conversion; a motor control device 5 that controls the rotary driving force of the motor 4; and field control device 6 that controls the magnetic field of the first generator 2. In this driving gear 1, and motor control device 5 controls a voltage that is impressed on the motor 4 by using both controls of adjusting the power generating capacity of the first generator 2 and the output voltage of the inverter 3. |
