PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signboard information retrieval system, enabling retrieval of store information indicated on a concerned signboard, from the installation place, image, and the like of the signboard. SOLUTION: When a user specifies the installation place and business category of the object signboard and transmits the information, a server 10 retrieves the concerned information as a keyword. As a retrieval result, image data 38 of signboard related data 30 is transmitted in a state of listing browsable to a user terminal. The user specifies the image data 37 of the object signboard found in the town and transmits the data. Then the server 10 transmits store data 38, corresponding to the image data 37 of the specified signboard, to the user terminal 11. The photograph, map and further address, and the like of the object store are outputted to the user terminal 11, and the user can obtain information about the store, on the basis of this output. |
