<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI layout data display device, etc., with which a layout editor can edit LSI layout data while grasping the characteristics of the circuit. SOLUTION: Each layout diagram constituting each physical layer and defined display color and pattern with respect to each physical layer are read, and each read layout diagram is displayed on the display device (S1 to S3). When a standard display mode is selected, each layout diagram is displayed according to each display color and pattern defined in each physical layer (S4, S7 and S8). Meanwhile, when an individual display mode is selected and display color and pattern are individually set in each layout diagram, each layout diagram is displayed according to the set display color and pattern (S4 to S6 and S8).</p> |
