<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-channel type semiconductor relay for miniaturizing a package and miniaturizing equipment, such as an LSI tester and a recorder. SOLUTION: In this multi-channel type semiconductor relay, a plurality of unit semiconductor relays composed of a light emitting element, a photovoltaic element for receiving light from the light emitting element and outputting photovoltaic power and an output element to be turned on/off by output from the photovoltaic element are provided inside the same package. The multi-channel type semiconductor relay is provided with either one or both of a common external input terminal, to which the anodes or cathodes of at least two light emitting elements connected inside the package are connected in common, and a common external output terminal to which the output terminals of at least two output elements connected inside the package are connected in common.</p> |
