PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connector to be arranged at an aperture of a frame. SOLUTION: The connector is provided with an electric contact and a housing equipped with the contact to be connected. The housing has two housing pieces capable of connecting with each other. At least either of the housing pieces is equipped with a separated protrusion for connecting the other housing piece, around which, a given interval is provided at an opposite end in the opposite part of the housing piece. The separated protrusion is to be adapted to position at a notch through a frame at the opposite side of the aperture. When the housing pieces are mutually connected at the aperture, the opposing parts at each opposite end are separated from each other, so that the parts shall not clamp the frame firmly between them.
