PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal cycle resistance by easing tensile stress acting on a jointing part between a soluble alloy element and a lead conductor due to heating at ordinary time, in a thin fuse. SOLUTION: The soluble alloy element 2 with flux connected between a pair of lead conductors 1, 1 is sandwiched between upper and lower resinous thin elements 41, 42. The soluble alloy element 2 with flux is stored in a curved surface bulging out portion formed on one resinous thin element 42, and peripheral end portions of the upper and lower resinous thin elements 41, 42 are welded or bonded.
