PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commerce system enabling a receiver of a gift to receive good services of inspection, repair or the like. SOLUTION: This electronic commerce system is provided with a commodity identifying means searching a commodity database to identify a desired commodity based on product identification information of the commodity for gift sent from a user terminal 11, a dealer extracting means searching a dealer database and extracting at least one dealer close to receiver's address based on receiver information of the receiver of the gift sent from the user terminal 11, and a server side sending means sending commodity data, dealer data and an order form to the user terminal 11. The user terminal 11 is provided with indication means indicating the commodity data, the dealer data and the order form sent from the server side sending means on a screen, and a user side sending means sending commodity identification information, receiver information and order form input information to a server 2. |
