PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve information useful for a circulating document from accumulated information during workflow circulation operation by overcoming such problems that, in order to obtain the information relating an electronic document in circulation, a retrieval system must be started in addition to the operation of a work flow, retrieval information must be inputted, and related information must be obtained. SOLUTION: This system comprises a function to obtain related information from the retrieval system based on the information in the circulating document and circulate the information having the information related to the circulating document added thereto. |
