PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retirement allowance payment managing system capable of promoting the closure and payment of a retirement allowance by overcoming the problems on both employees and a company. SOLUTION: This retirement allowance payment managing system comprises a retirement allowance calculation part 17 for calculating the amount of a present retirement allowance for an employee to be paid according to a specified retirement allowance calculation model, a retirement allowance payment processing part 21 for performing the payment processing of the retirement allowance for the employee, a retirement allowance peak processing part 24 for stopping the rise of the retirement allowance when the retirement allowance is calculated by the retirement allowance calculation part 17 to determine the retirement allowance of the employee, and a present payment calculation model setting part 25 for setting a present payment calculation model for calculating the present payment assuring the amount of retirement allowance risen thereafter according to the attribute of the employee.
