PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recipe providing system and a recipe providing method for providing the optimum recipe preferable to a user from the viewpoint of health and capable of imparting a feeling of satisfaction to the user. SOLUTION: A CPU 33 of an optimum recipe server 200 generates and extracts the optimum recipe fit for the user by combining main cuisine data 500, seasoning material data 600, and secondary cuisine data 700, based on the main cuisine name desired by the user of a client 100, client information such as the proper intake energy quantity or the like, and recipe determination information such as an anxious symptom, a cooking time or the like. |
