PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a user by smoothly carrying out a series of actions, i.e., an action from a hospital to a dispensing pharmacy and a delivery of a medicine dispensed by efficiently carrying out the delivery of the medicine dispensed, i.e., a final action with the user. SOLUTION: The receiving system is constituted by a server system communicatable with a user terminal and a facility terminal through a network. A facility registered as a user can receive a commodity beforehand is mapped on a map and is subjected to a data base. A time required for receiving the commodity at a receivable facility, etc., is calculated and the facility data is referred and retrieved by information selected/designated by a selection/ designation means. A facility data extracted by the retrieval means and a time calculated by the calculation means are transmitted to the user terminal. A receiving facility for receiving the commodity, etc., is instructed from the facility data indicated by an indication means. A predetermined data is transmitted to the receiving facility instructed by an instruction from the user terminal. |
