PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency compliance system using a portable telephone wherein a generated emergency state is reported to a prescribed communication destination so as to comply immediately with the state, a rescue activity complying with the emergency state is quickly started, and the safety of a person concerned who is involved in the emergency state can be ensured. SOLUTION: When the emergency state is generated at a user possessing the portable telephone 10, the user presses an emergency warning button 1 added to the portable telephone 10. As a result, a warning sound in a large sound volume is output from the portable telephone 10 so as to threaten a partner, a portable-telephone-company emergency command room 20 is called automatically from the portable telephone 10, the command room 20 responds to its call, information on the present position of the user is acquired so as to be reported automatically to an emergency-state-compliance service company 30 so as to urge the service company to go into action to a place in which the user exists. |
