PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction processor capable of preventing missing of a memorandom and operation efficiency of a cashier by providing a place for storing the memorandom in the processor main body without any increase in size of the processor main body. SOLUTION: A coin checking tray 7 provided near a keyboard heretofore is detachably constructed on the processor main body. The material quality of the coin checking tray 7 is transparent acryl. The main body is provided with a recessed part 10 formed for setting the coin checking tray 7. The memorandom is placed in the recessed part 10, and the coin checking tray 7 is set thereon. Accordingly, the contents of the memorandom can be confirmed through the coin checking tray 7. Thus, missing of the memorandom can be prevented, so that the contents of the memorandom can be surely handed to a relief operator.
