PURPOSE: A current source circuit is provided to improve a characteristic of constant-current by installing a current compensation circuit to an existing current source. CONSTITUTION: A current compensation portion(10) receives reference current, control driving capacity according to increase or decrease of the amount of current in order to generate a changed voltage signal, performs selectively an increasing operation or a decreasing operation of the amount of current by using the changed voltage signal, and performs a compensation operation according to the changed voltage signal. A voltage to current ratio control portion(20) is connected with a front end of the current compensation portion(10) in order to stabilize an operation of a circuit by controlling a variable ratio of voltage.
