The invention relates to synthetic polypeptides comprising an aminoacid sequence having an activity of aminopeptidase enzyme, or of an antigenic portion thereof, to acid nucleic molecules encoding the polypeptides, to a process for preparing the synthetic polypeptide and to a vaccine composition, in order to induce the immune responses against helminth parasites.
