PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for information provision which make it possible to efficiently obtain information by accessing a server computer S, an image forming device, and the server computer. SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 is made to generate a retrieval code by using 1st identification information specifying a machine type and 2nd identification information identifying information to be provided and then output the retrieval code, and the outputted retrieval code is used as a key to send the necessary information from the server computer S to a terminal device C. |
