PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microstrip line structure which is capable of reducing EMI. SOLUTION: A microtrip line is formed on the surface of a dielectric whose backside is all covered with a conductor, where a restive layer wider than the microtrip line as prescribed is provided between the surface of the dielectric and the microtrip line, or a resistor of certain width is provided on each side of the microtrip line by coming into direct contact with the strip line. |
