PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meal ticket management apparatus capable of managing the orders of customers without a waiter or a waitress's going to a table to take, orders of the customers. SOLUTION: This meal ticket management apparatus is provided with an automatic meal ticket publishing machine, a reader mounted on each table in a restaurant to read the kind of a meal ticket from the meal ticket published by the automatic meal ticket publishing machine, a monitor for a kitchen for informing the kind of the meal ticket published by the automatic meal ticket publishing machine, and a controller for controlling the operation of the monitor for the kitchen according to the output information from the automatic meal ticket publishing machine and the reader. |
