PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a common individual to easily establish and manage a broadcasting communication bureau at a low cost, even without technical knowledge. SOLUTION: This rental system for carrying out electronic commerce on a rental object via a computer network between a lender side computer system 1 and a renter side computer system 2, comprises a step of carrying information to the effect of renting the broadcasting communication bureau, on a computer network by the lender side computer system, and a step of exchanging data on the rental form of the broadcasting communication bureau, between the lender side computer system and the renter side computer system to the access to the computer network from the renter side computer system. Even common individual, having no technical knowledge can thereby establish and manage the broadcasting communication bureau easily at a low cost. |
