<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a coaxial, flexible piezoelectric body being unable to be polarized entirely, when there is defects in the coaxial, flexible piezoelectric body. SOLUTION: In this polarization device, a piezoelectric tube 3 is wound around first and second rotary drums 5 and 6, and the coaxial, flexible piezoelectric body 2 is polarized, while the piezoelectric body tube 3 is being wound up, thus achieving polarization other than the coaxial, flexible piezoelectric body 2 of a portion including the defect, and at the same time detecting the defect existing in the piezoelectric body tube 3 with fixed strength before an outer electrode 4 being formed.</p> |
