PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control unit having the simple and secure hermetically sealed structure of a Peltier module of high heat radiating property. SOLUTION: The temperature control unit is provided with a temperature control element, a case in which the temperature control element is loaded on a base and which has a groove formed by a side wall surrounding the temperature control element and a peripheral wall for a whole periphery, a chip holder in which a projecting frame is formed on the whole periphery and into which the projecting frame is inserted with an interval with respect to the groove, and hermetically sealed resin packed in the groove. |
