SOLUTION: This system is provided with a first information processor 1 mounted on a traveling object, a second information processor 2 set indoors, and mobile communication equipment 3 connected to the first information processor, and those first and second information processors 1 and 2 are connected through a radio communication line network 4 so that information can be transferred. The second information processor 2 confirms the state of a power source part 14 in response to calling from the first information processor 1, and when the device main body 12 is put into an inactive state, performs an activating operation. The first information processor 1 temporarily performs line disconnection processing based on the reply of the inactive state from the second information processor 2, and performs reconnection processing after the lapse of a prescribed time required for its transition to the active state. |
