PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a cover for a video camera by taking the downsizing of a video camera into account. SOLUTION: In the electronic camera of this invention, having a loudspeaker to reproduce sound, a connection terminal to be connected to external device, and a cover member to cover the connection terminal, the cover member is placed to cover also the loudspeaker and holes for sound emission are formed to the cover member.
