SOLUTION: In this communication method for performing notification at the time of calling the other party for starting real time communication between terminal equipment having real time communicating functions, the calling side terminal equipment notifies the call receiving side terminal equipment of a real time communication business message with data or a code at the time of calling the other party for starting the real time communication, and at the time of denying the real time communication, the call receiving side terminal equipment notifies the calling side terminal equipment of the reason of denial with data or a code.
