PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk-clamping device, capable of preventing slippage on a turntable and surely executing centering and holding of a disk by suppressing distortion of the claw part of a clamper. SOLUTION: A fixing board 29 is provided with a support hole 29a for supporting a clamper 20 provided with a turntable for rotating a disk and is capable of holding both the turntable and disk form the upper part, so that the clamper 20 is turnable on the turntable. The clamper 20 is provided with an insertion part 21 to be inserted into the support hole 29a of the fixed board 29, a flange part 22 formed, so as to be extended and locked on one end side like a flange, a disengagement preventing projection part 23 projected to the outer periphery of the other end side, and a claw part 24 having elasticity and allowed to be engaged in order to prevent disengagement. A metal plate 28 is attached to the clamper 20, to prevent the distortion of the claw part 24 engaged with the fixing board 29 and magnetize the turntable so as to hold the disk.
