发明名称 EXHAUST GAS CIRCULATION TYPE IRON ORE SINTERING METHOD USING LNG HAVING DIFFERENT CONCENTRATION GRADIENTS
摘要 PURPOSE: An exhaust gas circulation type iron ore sintering method is provided to substantially reduce an amount of coke ordinarily used and decrease pollution generating materials by using a clean gas of LNG in the front part of sintering. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing sintered ore comprising the processes of charging the blended material into a sintering raw material hopper after blending sintering raw materials and fuels, charging the blended material into a sintering car via an inclined plate through an upper ore hopper by rotating a drum feeder on the upper ore, igniting the surface of the sintering raw materials in an ignition furnace, heating the air passing through the wind box in a heater after passing air sucked in through a wind box through a main blowing pipe, and exhausting the collected air to a stack after collecting the air passing through DeNOx and DeSOx systems in an electric dust collector, the exhaust gas circulation type iron ore sintering method using LNG having different concentration gradients is characterized in that a blending ratio of the sintering raw materials is reduced to about 20% of an ordinary blending ratio, and a hood is installed at just behind the ignition furnace of a sintering machine so that deterioration of quality such as strength and recovery ratio of the sintered ore caused by drop of a fuel amount is prevented by injecting LNG with different concentrations into the hood, and a generation amount of SOx and NOx is reduced by drop of input amounts of S and N.
