发明名称 METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVELY EVALUATING GRAINED COAL IN BLAST FURNACE DUST
摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to evaluate an amount of the grained coal that is not used in a blast furnace but discharged into the outside of the blast furnace by differentiating coke and grained coal from carbon materials contained in dust collected together with a flue gas of the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: In a method for measuring a content of grained coal contained in blast furnace dust in molten iron manufacturing process by a blast furnace, the method for quantitatively evaluating grained coal in the blast furnace dust comprises the steps of collecting the grained coal and coke powder that are flown into a cleaning system via an ascension pipe at the top of the blast furnace after ascending to the upper part of the blast furnace by being accompanied by an upstream reduction gas current; showing a heating value of the grained coal and coke when heating the grained coal and coke to a high temperature under the oxidation atmosphere so as to perform examination on behavior of high temperature thermal characteristics using variation of the high temperature thermal characteristics of the grained coal and coke; and selectively measuring a content of the grained coal using a magnitude of the heating value from an area of the front part of a curve of the thermal characteristics generated in the low temperature zone in the step of showing a heating value of the grained coal and coke when heating the grained coal and coke to a high temperature under the oxidation atmosphere.
