<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the smooth rotation of a sphere is affected by the resistances of respective rotary encoders when the plurality of rotary encoders are attached to the sphere because a rotary encoder is sometimes a resistance to the rotation of an object to be measured. SOLUTION: An interlocking sphere transmitting rotations in interlock is provided between the sphere being the object to be measured and a rotary encoder, and the resistance of the rotary encoder is avoided by devising a mounting angle.</p> |
