<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structure which is capable of preventing a leading wire circuit from becoming thin, due to the leading wire circuit being absorbed based on capillary phenomenon in a ceramic electrical resistor which has a structure composed of two ceramic base materials, a resistive material film sandwiched in-between the ceramic base materials, and a film fusion-welded to cover each surface of the ceramic base materials. SOLUTION: A resistive material film of Si alloy is sandwiched in-between two electrical insulating ceramic base materials, the resistive material film is fusion-welded to the surfaces of the ceramic materials, either of the two electrical insulating ceramic base materials is extended, a lead wire circuit film is fusion-welded on the extended section of a base material, so as to connect the resistive film to an external lead wire for the formation of a ceramic electrical resistor. The above lead wire circuit film has a structure with a porous ceramic powder or fiber being impregnated with Si alloy and fusion- welded.</p> |
