<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and a manufacturing method for reducing the peeling of an insulation film or the like at a bent part in a photovoltaic device provided with fixing pieces for which a metal substrate is extended and bent, so as to facilitate attachment. SOLUTION: This photovoltaic device is provided with the metal substrate 2, the insulation film 3 formed on the entire surface on the metal substrate 2, and a photovoltaic module 4 formed on the insulation film 3. The fixing pieces 2a for which the metal substrate 2 is extended in the state of forming the insulation film 3 are provided, the fixing pieces 2a are bent to the surface of the metal substrate 2, where the photovoltaic module 4 is formed, and the insulation film 3 is removed at the bent part.</p> |
