BLOND-HAIR-PIXEL REMOVING METHOD IN IMAGE SKIN-COLOR DETECTION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method capable of automatically detecting a skin color region in a digital color image and of producing a clear sin color image even if blond hair is present. SOLUTION: This method is a computer vision/image processing method for removing blond hair color pixels in digital image skin color detection for application relative to various kinds of imaging such as redeye defect detection. The method uses a combination of skin detectors respectively operating in a generalized RGB space and hue space.
