PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head device, equipped with a damper mechanism for effectively suppressing resonance in the tracking direction of a lens holder. SOLUTION: The optical head device 1 is equipped with the mechanism constituted of a flexible printed-circuit board 77 for supplying the power to a coil and a weight member 8 mounted thereon in a lens actuator 2, as the damper mechanism of the lens holder. By making the width direction of the flexible printed-circuit board 77 coincide with the tracking direction, it natural that the vibration in the focusing direction of the lens holder 3 is suppressed, and vibration in the tracking direction can be suppressed efficiently as well. |
