PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network service system for an insurance policy holder capable of promoting insurance service using the Internet and offering great merit for both of a customer (the insurance policy holder) and an insurance company. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a provider processor capable of controlling a using rate, an insurance company processor performing insurance service processes by means of a Web page for handling an insurance contract, and a policy holder information processing terminal using the provider processor as an initial access point, carrying Internet connection software offered from the insurance company side to be installed, and processing information about the insurance policy holder. The provider processor is provided with a discount service user setting means. When registration of a provider member is demanded from the policy holder information processing terminal by using the Internet connection software, the provider processor cooperates with the insurance company processor to register the demanding policy holder as a provider member of a provider using rate discounted below a basic rate. |
