PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an output impedance of an output driver if a power source voltage is not supplied to a pre-driver in a semiconductor device in which a single or a plurality of power source voltages are supplied in response to a using state. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises a circuit 10 for outputting an output signal based on an input signal when a first power source potential is supplied, and setting the output to a high impedance state when the first potential is not supplied; circuits 21 to 41, 22 to 42 for operating based on the output signal of the circuit 10 when a second power source potential is supplied; a circuit 50 for detecting whether the first potential is supplied or not, and circuits 51 and 62 for cutting off both the transistor 41 and 41 when the first potential is not supplied.
