PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card processing system allowing a person to efficiently receive a prescribed discount. SOLUTION: This IC card processing system comprises an IC card having a memory part capable of storing the contents of the using condition in the use of the body of the IC card, and an IC card processor for performing a prescribed discount processing according to the contents of the using conditions stored in the memory part.
